Who We Are

From the heart of our beautiful capital, Abu Dhabi, which has turned in a short period of time into a global travel destination thanks to momentous tourist projects and landmarks, Imperial Catering and Hospitality begins our journey in this sector. Imperial Catering comes from the financial support of Khalifa Fund and is a 100% locally owned organisation. Stemming from our belief, in the importance of hospitality services, Imperial Catering works with passion and strong commitment to providing exceptional experiences and unprecedented levels of service to our clients.

The Team

We have a culinary team comprised of highly skilled gourmet specialists and chefs who transform dishes into artful culminations, because of their global experience and the trainings they got at the world’s most esteemed culinary schools. You will be awed with the diversity of our cuisines, dishes and recipes prepared by our culinary team. We vow that you will be intrigued with the glorious and delicacy of our food, regardless of whether it is prepared at our central kitchen in Al Mussafah or amid the live cooking at the occasion.
Our team come from different backgrounds and experience within various segments and cuisines. This amalgamation of experts from all parts of the world is one of our key strengths.

Logistics

Our fleet management consist of advanced tracking devices with online temperature monitoring control to ensure safe food delivery.
All our vehicles are monitored via GPS to enable accurate tracing of deliveries. This supports the HACCP process by integrating temperature reading during transport. The GPS system enables the operation team to control and organize its activities.

Hygiene, Safety & Environment

We maintain a management framework which incorporates and focuses on HSE issues in all aspects of our business. Achieving compliance with the relevant local and International HSE regulations and wherever practicable, identify and establish standards which reflect international good practice is at an utmost priority to us. Our HSE team liaise with government bodies for all required certifications. We work closely with our principals and suppliers to promote and supply products and develop services which reflect an environmentally sound technology which enhance product performance and efficiency.

We monitor and manage the HSE impacts, risks and opportunities for our businesses for the benefit of our employees, customers and principals. Our HSE officers are responsible for raising awareness and providing guidance to our departments, streams and staff members to assist them in implementing consistent HSE standards. We regularly review and report on the implementation of the company QHSE Policy and set and audit targets for future improvement in all locations and streams.
